Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Rug

Carefully re-wrap your rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

Label and Drop Off

Print your prepaid return shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
